2. User Accounts & Credits

To access certain features, including downloading 3D assets, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All activities that occur under your account.
Managing your Points (MyCred) balance. Credits earned or purchased are non-refundable and hold no real-world monetary value outside our platform.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this site, including but not limited to 3D icons, logos, 3D models, and software code, is the property of TAK3D and is protected by international copyright laws.

Originality: Our 3D assets are created using professional design workflows (e.g., Adobe Illustrator/3D software) and are not raw AI-generated outputs.
Protection: Unauthorized scraping, copying, or redistribution of our assets is strictly prohibited.

4. Usage Restrictions

While we provide assets for your creative projects, you are strictly prohibited from:

Reselling, sub-licensing, or redistributing the raw 3D files on other microstock platforms (e.g., Shutterstock, Adobe Stock, Freepik).
Using our assets in any way that is defamatory, obscene, or illegal.
Using automated scripts (bots/RPA) to bulk-download assets without explicit written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

TAK3D provides assets "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our 3D assets or website services.

6. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Purworejo, Central Java.
