Licensing Agreement

All 3D assets, icons, and digital products downloaded from TAK3D are subject to the following license terms. By downloading any asset, you agree to these conditions.

1. What You CAN Do (Permitted Use)

Our license is designed to be flexible for creators. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide right to use the assets in:

• Commercial Projects: Website designs, mobile applications, social media content, and advertisements.
• Personal Projects: Educational work, personal portfolios, and non-profit creative experiments.
• Modifications: You may change colors, textures, and angles (using our 3D Viewer or design software) to fit your project's aesthetic.
• Digital End Products: Incorporating the assets into a larger design (e.g., a landing page or an app UI).

2. What You CANNOT Do (Prohibited Use)

To protect our original craft, the following actions are strictly forbidden:

• No Redistribution: You cannot sell, lease, or give away the raw assets (PNG, JPG, or 3D files) as standalone files.
• No Microstock Re-uploading: You are strictly prohibited from uploading TAK3D assets to other stock platforms such as Adobe Stock, Shutterstock, Freepik, or iStock.
• No Print-on-Demand (Raw): You cannot use the assets "as-is" on physical products (T-shirts, mugs) where the asset is the primary value of the product. It must be part of a wider design.
• No AI Training: You may not use our assets to train generative AI models without a specific enterprise license.

3. Ownership

The purchase or download of an asset does not transfer the copyright to you. TAK3D retains full ownership and intellectual property rights of all 3D models and renderings found on this platform.

4. Attribution (Optional but Appreciated)

Credit is not required for commercial use, but we love it when you tag @TAK3D or link back to our site to support our community.

5. Termination

This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of the terms mentioned above. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the assets and delete all copies in your possession.
